- All trash must be thrown in the dumpster provided as needed. This includes, but not limited to, the main kitchen, bathrooms and dressing room areas. THE FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT & MOPED.
- All items must be removed from the refrigerator, stoves, microwaves and cabinets. Stoves/ovens must be wiped cleaned inside and out, along with refrigerator and microwaves. Countertops must be wiped with anti-bacterial cleaner.
- No smoking inside banquet hall.
- All personal items, decorations and rentals that are not property of Chateau de Bon Reve, must be removed from inside and outside after Lessee's event. If any items are left inside or outside the building, lessee will not hold Chateau de Bon Reve banquet hall or Dwaine Ellender liable or responsible if items are missing or damaged after lessee's event.
- No rice, birdseed, silly string, sparklers or confetti etc. will be used inside or outside the building. Bubbles are allowed.
- Please keep children under a watchful eye. No children are allowed on stairs. No children allowed outside without supervision of an adult due to large amounts of water. All children must be under constant adult supervision.
- Foods cannot be fried in banquet hall.
- No fireworks of any kind can be used anywhere on Chateau de Bon Reve property.
- No tape on any kind may be brought into the hall, along with no nails, tacks, glue, staples, adhesives etc. on stairs.
- Lessee agrees that if Lessee's event is booked during the holiday months, decorations belonging to Chateau de Bon Reve indoors and outdoors will not be removed for Lessee's event.
- No one is allowed to sit on counters in kitchen. No children allowed in the kitchen.
- No bonfires allowed on property.
- Entry doors must be kept closed as much as possible.
- No firearms are to be brought on the property.
- No animals or pets allowed inside the banquet hall or on the property.
- No horse playing.
- No candles on or around stairs, they may be used in the fireplace or on tables, but not on the mantle. Fake candles may be used on the mantle.
- No exceptions to this contact unless in writing by Lessor.
- All lights must be turned off after event.
- All doors must be locked after event.
- In the event of a returned check, all returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 fee and all fees must be paid in person by cash or money order.
