Lessee agrees to inform all persons servicing lessee's event and Lessee's guest that the driveway is a single entrance and exit. If you see an oncoming vehicle located within the driveway, you are to pull over in one of the four designated areas to let the oncoming traffic pass. The driveway has deep water approximately eight feet away from the road, therefore all vehicles are required to stay on the concrete at all times. The speed limit is 10 miles per hour on the driveway. Lessee agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lessor from any connection with, but not limited to negligence, errors, omissions, actions or inactions of said persons servicing Lessee's event, or lessee's guest. It is imperative that all involved parties be notified of this paragraph.
